More than 10 years ago, Austin Reimers came to Ventura County and fell in love with everything about it. Now he serves all of the county as a real estate professional.
Austin has been surrounded by real estate professionals most of his life — he grew up with it. His father was a broker, and his mother was a loan processor. “Dinner table talk was always real estate, rates, deals, and contracts,” he recalls. Along the way, he developed hands-on home skills as an avid DIY man who can handle electrical work, plumbing, drywall, tile, and finish woodwork.
Austin’s professional journey stems from years of experience in management and team leadership perfect for coordinating successful real estate transactions. Born and raised in California. Barbara serves the High Desert region and its surrounding areas, including the San Bernardino. Ventura and Los Angeles County markets. Her passion for real estate started at a young age, accompanying and shadowing her father as he managed his rental properties.

After two decades in the medical field. Barbara decided to translate her compassion and drive for helping others to the real estate industry. She built on her skill set by observing her father and apprenticing under a successful realtor for three years before receiving a license of her own. Her tendencies toward leadership stem from growing up around real estate and having an instinctive understanding of its value. She understands that buying a home is one of the biggest decisions a person will make, and she takes her role as her clients’ advisor and advocate very seriously. She remains curious, and is always looking to provide her clients with the clearest path to their goal.


Barbara enjoys helping first-time buyers and retirees start to a new chapter in their lives, and as a mother to two active-duty service members, she is particularly sensitive to and understanding of the needs of military personnel. Barbara is a proud wife, mother and grandmother. She loves entertaining, from hosting barbecues to baking and decorating cakes. At home, she loves to crochet and ponder interior design, although she does enjoy the thrills of spontaneous road trips with her husband.
